SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.
Shipping usually takes just a few days to pick and pack an order (1 days – 3 days) and an additional transit time (1 days – 8 days) and is subject to weather conditions such as inclement weather however we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
RETURN POLICY

The customer received a damaged or incorrect product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please provide photo evidence within 15 days of receiving the item. In cases where the product packaging is damaged but the product itself remains intact, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Missing order: Should you receive a delivery confirmation but not receive the item, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. Failure to report missing orders within 15 days of receipt will result in the order being deemed delivered and satisfactory.
EXCEPTIONS
- Certain products, such as software, video games, perfume, and cologne, are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature.
Please ensure that any issues are reported within 15 days of receipt to qualify for a return, refund, or exchange. Otherwise, the product will be considered delivered and satisfactory as per our policy.
