In cases where the product packaging is damaged but the product itself remains intact, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Missing order: Should you receive a delivery confirmation but not receive the item, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. Failure to report missing orders within 15 days of receipt will result in the order being deemed delivered and satisfactory.
